Suretech Engineering Works LLP entered the commercial vehicle bodybuilding and trailer manufacturing market with a clear mission: to provide fleet operators with vehicles that outlast standard options and maximize payload margins.

Based in the industrial zone of Serampore, Hooghly, West Bengal, our advanced complex manufactures customizable, CMVR-compliant trailers. From flatbed container carriers to specialized hydraulic tipping trailers for mines and ports, our vehicles run on logistics corridors across India.

2021

Incorporation & Setup

Established Suretech Engineering Works LLP in Serampore, Hooghly, West Bengal. Set up initial bays for commercial vehicle bodybuilding and light frame structural assemblies.

2023

Heavy Fabrication Upgrade

Commissioned state-of-the-art heavy overhead gantries and double-row automatic CO2 MIG welding fixtures. Expanded design division with computerized CAD drafting capabilities.

2024

Shot Blasting & PU Complex

Integrated a dedicated steel shot-blasting chamber and high-output paint booth for PU marine-grade painting. Achieved capacity of producing 60+ fully assembled trailer chassis monthly.

2026

High Tensile Specialization

Partnered with certified steel mills to supply high-tensile BSK46 and Hardox steel. Achieved full type approvals from regulatory agencies for flatbeds, tip trailers, and skeletal container carriers.
